Application/Uses	This product is a nicotine imine insecticide, whose mechanism of action mainly acts on insect nerves and has a nerve blocking effect on insect axonal synaptic receptors. It has internal absorption and penetration effects, and has a long shelf life. It is effective in controlling rice planthopper.
ECOTOXICOLOGY	Acute toxicity: Oral LD50: 1680 mg/kg for male rats, 1575 mg/kg for female rats, 867 mg/kg for male mice, and 1281 mg/kg for female mice. Rat transdermal LD50>2000 mg/kg. Very mild irritation to rabbit eyes, no irritation to rabbit skin. No sensitization to guinea pig skin. Rats inhale LC50 (4 hours)>5.8 g/m3 (air).   Chronic toxicity: maximum no effect dose (NOEL), feeding experimental rats (2 years) with 129 males and 53.7 females; Dogs (male and female, 1 year) 60 mg/(kg · d). No carcinogenicity to rats and mice, no teratogenicity to rats and rabbits, no effect on rat reproduction, no mutagenicity (4 trials).   Ecotoxicity: Acute oral LD50>225000 for quails and 1124 mg/kg for wild ducks. The quail and wild duck were fed with LC50 (5 days)>5620 mg/kg (feed). LC50: Rainbow trout (48 hours)>10, carp (96 hours)>1000 mg/L. Water flea LC50 (24 hours)>10000 mg/L. The biomass effective middle concentration EbC50 (72 hours) is 26 mg/L, and the maximum ineffective concentration (NOEC) is 6.25 mg/L. Toxic to bees. Earthworm acute LC50 (14 days) 32.2 mg/kg.
