Application/Uses	Lambda-Cyhalothrin is best used either as a barrier treatment around a structure or as a broadcast treatment against insects that are on landscapes, shrubs and ornamentals because it is able to breakdown quickly, rendering no harm to the plant.
ECOTOXICOLOGY	The widespread use of lambda-cyhalothrin has resulted in residues in sediment, which have been found to be toxic to aquatic organisms including fish and amphipods. Mitigation measures have been used to reduce the adverse impact of lambda-cyhalothrin contributed from agricultural or urban runoff.
