| ECOTOXICOLOGY | Acute oral LD50 of northern partridge quail was 24.2 mg/kg. The LC50 (8 d) of northern partridge and wild duck were 5 620 and 1 780 mg/kg, respectively. Fish LC50 (96 h): rainbow trout 2.49, blue gill mola 0.63 mg/L. Daphnia LC50 (48 h):17 μg/L g/L. The ec50 (72 h) of crescent hornwort was more than 100 mg/l. Toxic to bees, LD50 is 0.28 μg/ bee by mouth and 0.16 μg/ bee by contact, but the harm to bees is greatly reduced after the liquid medicine is evaporated. Eisenia foetida LC50(14 d) 21 mg/kg (dry soil). According to the recommended dosage, it is harmless to non-target arthropods.
