ECOTOXICOLOGY | Acute toxicity: Oral LD50 (mg/kg): 3783 in male rats and>5000 in female rats. Rabbit percutaneous LD50>2000 mg/kg. Mild irritation to rabbit eyes, no irritation to skin. No sensitization to guinea pig skin. Rats inhaled LC50 (4 hours)>5.18 mg/L. Chronic toxicity: {# maximum ineffective dose #} (NOEL), fed to experimental rats 9-10, mice 6-8, and dogs 5 mg/(kg · d) for 13 weeks. No neurotoxicity, no mutagenicity, and no reproductive effects. Ecotoxicity: Acute oral LD50 of mountain quail and wild duck>2000 mg/kg. The mountain quail and wild duck were fed with LC50 5 156 mg/kg. Fish LC50 (96 hours): Rainbow trout 30, Blue gill sunfish 5.9, Carp 5, Japanese Carp 3.5, Sheep head bream 7.9 mg/L. Water flea EC50 (48 h): 14 mg/L. Algae EC50: Sheep horn crescent algae 105.5, rib shaped algae 0.2, boat shaped algae 0.09, and water bloom fishy algae 8.9 mg/L. Other aquatic organisms EC50 (96 h): 0.3 for oysters, 9.76 for grass shrimp, and 10.6 mg/L for duckweed. The preparation is directly sprayed on bees with high toxicity, local LD50 (48 hours) 0.002 9 μ G/bee. After application, the medicine solution dries, and the remaining medicine on the leaves has little impact on the bees. Earthworm LC50 (14 days)>1000 mg/kg (soil). It is non-toxic to stinging mouthparts insects, predatory insects (such as ladybugs), lacewings, big eyed stinkbugs, and small flower bugs. |
