Application/Uses	Selective endothermic herbicides are absorbed by weed leaves and roots and quickly transmitted to meristem tissues through the xylem and phloem.   Selective post seedling application to control annual narrow leaf weeds in corn fields, including dogtail grass, barnyard grass, millet, ryegrass, and oats. Broadleaf weeds include various amaranth and cruciferous weeds, as well as perennial weeds such as Arabian sorghum and creeping ice grass.
ECOTOXICOLOGY	Acute toxicity: Oral LD50>5000 mg/kg in female and male rats and mice. Transdermal LD50 of female and male rats is greater than 2000 mg/kg. Moderate irritation to the eyes; No irritating effect on the skin (rabbit); Not a skin sensitizer (guinea pig). 75% of the formulation is not an eye irritant. Inhalation: Rat LC50 (4 hours) 5.47 mg/L.   Chronic toxicity: No effect dose (NOEL): In a 28 day feeding experiment on rats and mice, the NOEL dose was higher than 30 g/kg. Other aspects: Ames test negative.   Ecotoxicity: White throated quails fed with LD50>2250 mg/kg. Wild ducks and white throated quails are fed with LC50>5620 mg/kg. Fish: Large finned flatfish and rainbow trout LC50 (96 h)>1000 mg/L. Water flea: LC50 (48 hours)>1000 mg/L. Algae: Green algae with no observed effect concentration NOEC (96 h) 100 mg/L. Bees: LD50 (contact)>0.020mg/individual; Feeding LC50 (48 hours)>1000 mg/kg. No Observed Effect Concentration (NOEC) 500 mg/kg. Earthworms: LC50>1000 mg/kg.
