| ECOTOXICOLOGY | Acute toxicity: The original drug has an oral LD50 of 5800 mg/kg in rats and a dermal LD50 of 2000 mg/kg in rats and rabbits. No irritation to rabbit skin. Contact with human eyes can cause irritation. Rats inhaled (4 hours) LC50>5.11 mg/L (in air). Acute symptoms of aluminum triethylphosphonate poisoning often occur within 12 hours, and immediately after oral administration. Mild poisoning symptoms include headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, excessive sweating, weakness, chest tightness, blurred vision, and poor appetite. The overall blood cholinesterase activity generally drops to 50-70% of the normal value; In addition to the above symptoms, mild respiratory distress, muscle tremors, pupil narrowing, mental confusion, unstable walking, sweating, drooling, abdominal pain, and diarrhea may also occur during moderate poisoning. Severe cases may also experience coma, convulsions, difficulty breathing, foaming at the mouth, urinary and fecal incontinence, convulsions, and respiratory paralysis. Antidotes: Atropine sulfate, iodophosphate. Follow medical advice when using. Prohibit morphine, theophylline, phenothiazine, and reserpine. Chronic toxicity: Rats and dogs were fed for 90 days with an ineffective dose of 5000 mg/kg. No teratogenic or mutagenic effects were observed within the experimental dose. Ecotoxicity: Acute oral LD50 of mountain quail>8000 mg/kg. The feed LC50 (5 days) for mountain quail and wild duck is greater than 20000 mg/kg. Fish LC50 (96 h, mg/L): Rainbow trout>122, blue gilled sunfish>60. Water flea LC50 (48 hours)>100 mg/L. Ec50 (96 h) 21.9 mg/L. Chironomid mosquito (21 days) has an ineffective dose of 100.2 mg/L.
