Application/Uses | This product is a mixture of propiconazol and difenoconazole fungicides, which have the characteristics of internal absorption and treatment. It can be absorbed by roots, stems, and leaves. The characteristic of the action of propiconazole is that it is an endothermic fungicide with protective and therapeutic effects, which can prevent and treat diseases caused by Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. |
ECOTOXICOLOGY | Acute toxicity: Oral LD50 of 1453 in rats and>1000 mg/kg in female mice. Rabbit percutaneous LD50>2 010 mg/kg. Mild irritation to rabbit eyes, no irritation to skin. No sensitization to guinea pig skin. Rats inhale LC50 (4 hours)>3285 mg/m3 (air). Chronic toxicity: Maximum no effect dose (NOEL), fed to experimental rats (2 years) 1.0, mice (1.5 years) 4.7, and dogs (1 year) 3.4 mg/(kg · d). No teratogenicity or mutagenicity. Ecotoxicity: Acute oral LD50 (9-11 days): Green headed wild duck>2150, Japanese quail>2000 mg/kg. Feed LC50 (5 days) mountain toothed quail 4760 and green headed wild duck>5000 mg/kg (feed). LC50 (96 h): Rainbow trout 1.1, Blue gill sunfish 1.2, Sheep head sea bream 1.1 mg/L. Water flea LC50 (48 h): 0.77 mg/L. Near barbed chain algae EC50 (72 hours) 0.03 mg/L. Duckweed EC50 (7 days) 1.9 mg/L. Crayfish EC50 (96 h) 0.15 mg/L. Eastern oyster EC50 (96 h) 0.3 mg/L. The maximum ineffective concentration (NOEC) for the development and formation of chironomid larvae (28 days) was 0.4 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg (sediment). Non toxic to bees, LD50 acute oral>187 μ G/piece, contact>100 μ G per piece. Earthworm LC50>610 mg/kg (dry soil). The maximum ineffective concentration (NOEC) for the reproduction of the bullet tail worm (28 days) is 500 mg/kg (soil). Field applications will not have a negative impact on soil microorganisms, terrestrial and leaf dwelling non target arthropods. |
