Common Name | Atrazine 30%+Sulcotrione 10%SC |
Cas No. | 1912-24-9 |
Formulation | SC |
Application/Uses | This product is a mixture of Sulcotrione and atrazine with different mechanisms of action, which can expand the herbicide spectrum and improve weed control effectiveness. This agent is a post seedling herbicide for corn, which can effectively control common annual grasses and broad-leaved weeds in corn fields, especially for barnyard grass, ox tendon grass, dog tail grass, prickly ash, amaranth, quinoa, purslane, buckwheat vine, coriander, anti branch amaranth, black fungus, and sunflower. |
ECOTOXICOLOGY | Acute toxicity: LD50 oral lethal dose: 1869-3090 in rats and 1332-3992 mg (original drug)/kg in mice. Rat transdermal LD50>2000 mg/kg. Very mild irritation to rabbit eyes, no irritation to rabbit skin. It has sensitization to guinea pig skin, but has no effect on the human body. The comprehensive conclusion is that it is a skin sensitizer. Rats inhale LC50 (4 hours)>5.8 mg/L (in air). Chronic toxicity: Maximum No Effect Dose (NOEL), 2-year feeding trial: 3.5 rats, 1.4 mice, and 5.0 mg/(kg · d) for dogs; Rats 70, mice 10, and dogs 150 mg/kg (feed). Atrazine is not carcinogenic or teratogenic (although there have been reports to the contrary). Research has shown that the effects of Atrazine on humans and animals mainly involve the endocrine system. It is an endocrine disruptor that can cause hormonal imbalances. Atrazine has been found to act as an agonist for G protein coupled estrogen receptor 1. It has been proven that Atrazine covalently binds with many mammalian proteins and undergoes chemical reactions. Ecotoxicity: Acute oral LD50 of 940 mountain toothed quail, green headed wild duck, and Japanese quail>2000 mg/kg. Feeding LC50 (8 days) Japanese quail>5000 and green headed wild duck>1563 mg/kg (feed). LC50 (96 hours) rainbow trout 11.0, rainbow guppy 4.3 mg/L. Water flea EC50 (48 hours) ≥ 29 mg/L. Near barbed chain algae EC50 (72 hours) 0.043 mg/L, near cephalic pseudo hoofed algae EC50 (96 hours) 0.01 mg/L. The long-term research results of a medium-sized aquatic ecological experimental system indicate that when the concentration of Atrazine is not greater than 0.02 mg/L, it will not cause permanent damage. Bee LD50 acute oral>97 μ G/piece, contact>100 μ G per piece. Chizi Aisheng earthworm LC50 (14 days) 78 mg/kg (soil). |
