| ECOTOXICOLOGY | Acute toxicity: LD50 3500 (E, Z), 4472 (E),>5000 (Z) mg/kg in rats. Rat transdermal LD50>2000 mg/kg. No irritant effect on rabbit eyes or skin. No sensitization to guinea pig skin. Rats inhale LC50 (4 hours)>4.2 mg/L (air). Chronic toxicity: Maximum no effect dose (NOEL), fed to experimental rats for 2 years and dogs for 1 year at a dose of 15 mg/(kg · d). There was no carcinogenicity in the 2-year study of rats and mice. Ecotoxicity: Acute oral LD50 of wild ducks and mountain quails>2000 mg/kg. Wild ducks are fed with LC50 (5 days)>5200 mg/kg. Fish LC50: Rainbow trout 6.2 (96 hours), Blue gill sunfish>25, Carp 14 mg/L. Water flea EC50 (48 hours):>10.6 mg/L. Freshwater algae LC50 (96 h)>29.2 mg/L. Bee LD50 (48 hours) acute oral>0.032 4 mg/individual, exposure>0.12 mg/individual. Acute EC50 of earthworms>1000 mg/kg (soil). Other beneficial organisms: A 150 g/L dispersible liquid is harmless to various non target arthropods. |
